• I have no idea what's going on here,
but it has a strange charm. It appears that Dark Magician is raising
chibi or teenaged version of Seto and Jou … and in one panel
DM seems to be at the hospital, very pregnant … and ... good
lord … did I mention I have no idea what's going on? Haga

This was my
first DOz title, and they rapidly grew to be become of my favorite
circles. This slim volume purports to tell the story of the "dog
tag" that Jouno is seen wearing during Battle City. The book
opens with Jouno still lolling in bed while Kaiba's getting dressed.
(It's clearly an established relationship) Kaiba has given him
the dog tag and asks him to wear it 'always". However, at
school Jouno gets teased about it and so takes it off and stuffs
it in his desk. When, later that evening, he decides to go to
KaibaCorp to visit Seto, he's detained by security. When Kaiba
arrives on the scene and asks him where the tag is, Jouno finally
admits he doesn't have it. Kaiba tells him the tag was also a
security pass-card, so "that you could come and see me whenever
you want." .... Dawww. Yeah, pure
WAFF. sweetly drawn, with both of them more "equal"
than usual in doujinshi - that is, Kaiba isn't a superseme, and
Jouno's not a superuke. (A45)

is the doujin that caused me to fall in love with DreamWorks,
and the KaiJou pairing. Kaiba has three tablets given to him by
Isis. When a DM card is placed in them the DM cards comes to life.
He doesn't want to try it out on his precious BEWDs, so he lets
Jounouchi try it out with a Scapegoat card first. It works perfectly.
However, when Jouno wants another one to bring his REBD to life.
Kaiba says he'll do it, but only if Jounouchi ... and then he
whispers something in Jouno's ear. 'You pervy guy!" the outraged
Jouno sputters. Kaiba says, take it or leave it, and Jouno takes
it... however, the REBD that comes to life actually looks just
like Kaiba ( but with red eyes.) He's very VERY fond of his Master,
drags him into another room and locks the door, and seriously
tries to show Jouno that he could give him a lot more pleasure
than Kaiba... the latter finally breaks down the door and banished
the REBD, then admits to Jouno that he was jealous. Daw~! (A13)

An anthology doujinshi with manga and stories from
several circles, including Psycho Shocker, Griffis, De Dis*Spiral,
Shisya Sosei, it starts off nicely with 4 color portraits. As
is usually the case in anthologies, the art ranges from very good
to amateurish. Manga and stories alternate throughout. Of course,
since it's Kaiba and Jounouchi, the dog suit appears at least
once. Mokuba finds some "interesting" photographs of
his brother and Jouno in the computer...(81) and the MRod gives
Kaiba a vision not only of AE, but of his and Jouno's wedding,
honeymoon and subsequent "family" of mini-Jounouchis
.... sweatdropping abounds. (A28)

In "love duel night", when Jouno gets undressed something
he sees frightens Kaiba. In the next story, Jouno is living with
(or has spent the night with) Kaiba - when things get amorous
Jouno thinks of his friends. The remaining two stories are drawn
by the Griffis artist, Kagura Sugo, In "Vanquish - dogtag"
Kaiba gives Jouno a cell phone - apparently so that he can be
summoned. Jouno has a "vision" of himself naked and
with a collar and leash - which is pretty much what Kaiba has
in store for him in the 4th story. (Oh, and BTW, the 4th story
is what earns this DJ a level 5 ... several times over ... let
just say it involves a fur tail attached to a remote-controlled
vibrator, and leave it at that, shall we?) (A23)

has a unique style, rounded and somewhat chibified while still
conveying that these characters are teens. I'd say almost "Digimonish"
in some sense ..."Adverse current of a dream" K makes
pass, J runs away, then feigns illness, Yuugi is visiting him
in the hospital when Kaiba appears (the official from BC carrying
a basket of fruit) ... K macks J, who lets him, Yuugi and Mokuba
SD into jagged-jawed beasts, K ties J up, and whisks him away
on a KC helicopter ... to the mansion where he hooks J up to some
sort of mad-scientist type of machine -- they go to a VR world
where a giggly and girly Jouno loves K ... but then in the real
world Jouno rips off the helmet."stubborn you" : Jouno'
fingers bend back when he has them against Kaiba's shoulder or
chest (what, because Kaiba is to "hard"? mokuba shows
up, carts j away, to the mansion. He wakes up, Kaiba comes in
and start macking on him again then a drop of blood falls -- but
it's not a nosebleed, it's Kaiba's entire head, and now it's Seto
turn to be carted away ... (A23)
